These terms govern the use of the Carlyle Tutors platform. By using the site or our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Carlyle Tutors connects students with tutors for one-to-one and small-group tuition. Lesson availability, pricing, and duration are agreed between the parties and may vary by subject and level. We facilitate bookings and payments but do not employ tutors; they operate as independent providers.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

Bookings and cancellations

Lessons are subject to availability. Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as communicated at the time of booking. We generally ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations; late cancellations may be charged.

Payments

Payments are processed through our approved payment provider. Invoices are due by the stated date. Late payments may be subject to additional charges and may affect future bookings.

Conduct

Users must treat tutors, students, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct, including harassment, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

Intellectual property

The Carlyle Tutors platform, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
